Counseling is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique relationship goals.

Six hour-long sessions with a licensed marriage and family therapist focused on preparing couples for married life. The PREPARE/ENRICH assessment provides personalized insight into relationship strengths and growth areas, while sessions offer practical tools to strengthen communication, resolve conflict, and deepen connection.
